Week 7

Whew. We've about made it through. Ten credits was a lot for one block. This class has been good. I've been able to just about get everything done on time even though sometimes I wasn't so sure about myself. I do wish that I could have read when things were do on internet explorer, but what can you do sometimes. My final power point is just about done. I still need to add sound, but that shouldn't be too hard I hope. It's been fun. Thank you for a good class.

Week 6

So, I totally spaced my blog yesterday. Things are going along nicely. I'm trying to keep my head above water with all the things at the end, but I think it will turn out well. I'm a bit nervous about Microsoft Publication, but I'm sure it'll be like everything else. I need to get used to it, and then I'll be fine.

Well this week had a little much work, but I got it done. I was surprised at how long the digital camera project took. I really enjoyed the power point project. It was really good to learn some things about it that I hadn't known. I've only ever known the very basics of power point. It was really good to expand my knowledge a bit with useful basics.

Week Four

This week was a lot of nerves in class. I think that there's so much going on that the unfamiliarity with programs makes me a bit antsy. It's alright though. The more I work with it the more comfortable I'll be with it. Right now I feel like I'm just toying around on it though. I don't know what I'm doing yet.

Week Three

I actually think that the link that I tried to go to that needed a password was the pioneer library. I think there was another one, but I can't figure out what it was now. This week was okay. I don't feel like I know the requirements for the Power Point lesson very well, but I was able to complete the two tabs without much trouble. I was glad. This week has been a busy week in other classes. It was good to be able to get through the assignments quickly.

Week 2

This week was a busy week. I really liked learning a bit about the UEN webpage. I tried exploring a bit more on it and found that many things on it you need to sign up for. That was a bit dissapointing, but meh, what can you do? I feel like I'm getting a lot better hang on my UEN page though. I'm sure I still hardly know anything, but at least I can do what I do know.

First Week

Well, the first week of class has been busy. I've felt a little overwhelmed with all there is to do. I think the biggest thing is that I don't really kow what to expect with things. Once I get used to the class it should be better. I think the biggest irony of the class is how much down time there was in it. I think technology is great. I think it has many uses in the classroom, but I think all in all there was about twenty minutes down time. It kind of made me nervouse. It's one thing to have down time for college kids, but what happens with that twenty minutes in an elementary school classroom. They would probably run a bit wild. That's what I kind of came off with this week. What will happen in my class if I have twenty minutes down time. I'm not a speciallist either. That twenty minutes could turn into a half an hour or more. Kind of worries me.
